Wildlife:

I also routinely came across interesting flora and fauna, especially while finding a place to camp for the night. On the flora front, I saw giant mushrooms, lingonberries, blackberries, Scottish thistle, and much more. Some animals I saw (or heard) included: frogs, slugs, large millipedes, owls, foxes, deer, and, most frighteningly, wolves. More on that last bit later.
