Hi, I’m Milo. Welcome to my website.

The goal of this site is to capture some of the most important and meaningful aspects of my life, particularly with an emphasis on passion projects like photography that tell a story of my adventures while traveling. I sincerely appreciate you being here.

I expect there will be more in the future, including short stories, sketches, or even videos, but these will have to wait. I want to dedicate as much time as possible into photography for the time being. Thank you, and namaste. :)

A little about me:

I was raised in beautiful Goleta, CA, and went to Dos Pueblos High School before attending Santa Barbara City College and then Cal Poly in SLO to study Mechanical Engineering. I earned my Bachelors and Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly in the Spring of 2024.

Growing up, I spent much of my time outdoors. Living near a creek exposed me to some of the wonders of nature: huge sycamore trees, blue-belly lizards, tadpoles, and more! This passion for time spent in the great outdoors has continued into my adult life; I now hike, run, backpack, surf/paddle, and bike as much as possible in nature, and wouldn’t want to live any other way.

After graduating, I spent 99 days cycling through Europe. From Stockholm to Rome, I carried everything I needed to eat, sleep, and enjoy life on the road! I learned a lot from this experience, and have recently begun dedicating several pages to fleshing it out in more detail.
